Kim has been working as a nurse for over 25 years.  Her first nursing specialty was burns and wound care in Denver, Colorado.  The past 15 years have been spent working in a Pediatric ICU in Portland.

Kim’s vision as a board member and volunteer nurse at Everly is to educate and provide support and necessary supplies to empower the community to advocate and successfully care for their healthcare needs. She is especially interested in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, houseless young adults.

She lives in Portland with her wife, Sharon. They are Carson, Sam, and Autumn's moms.
