Annie
Annie DeMotta is the co-founder and Clinical Director of The Everly Project. She loves learning about and practicing harm reduction and trauma informed care in many different settings. Her greatest passion is providing very low barrier mental health services to people who use drugs and/or are unhoused, in whatever setting is most comfortable to them.
Annie integrates clinical modalities like Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy into her work. She believes in decolonizing mental health work and the systems that it operates within, and strives to always be continuing her journey towards anti-racist practices. Her favorite people to work with are sex workers, queer and trans folx, BIPOC, disabled, and unhoused communities. Annie loves music, cooking, and spending time in nature with her dog, Frankie.
